Brithny knows what it feels like to be in a continuous evolution of the self. Through living abroad as a third-culture kid to establishing a former career in the media industry, her past experiences have allowed her to build connections with people from all walks of life. As a therapist, she draws upon her lived experiences to inform her work with each client—whether you’re a creative or a corporate executive, she believes your needs are your own and your path is specific to you.
With empathy as one of her strongest attributes, Brithny strives to create a safe and supportive environment that honors the diversity of identities and encourages authentic communication.
