Matt (He/Him) enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and couples who seek to address aspects of their lives related to anxiety, depression, trauma,  life transitions, professional goals, personal purpose, relationship issues, and managing life’s expectations in an increasingly complex and technology-driven world. Matt practices therapy in an open, direct, and pragmatic manner, integrating elements of psychodynamic, gestalt, existential-humanistic, and relational-frame theories to guide clients through their sessions.

About Matt

Matt strives to help clients leverage their core values and identities to achieve their desired changes through the counseling process. By building strong relationships with his clients, he focuses on meeting their individual needs and well-being to address the challenges they face. With two decades of experience working with adolescents, Matt specializes in supporting young adults and adult men experiencing relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. He is also beginning to specialize working with couples, utilizing emotionally-focused therapies. Matt is also a father and works with young parents on adjusting and dealing with stress relating to the process of parenting.


Matt identifies as a cis-gendered, white, married man, from a multi-racial family. He is also a parent.
