myTherapyNYC is excited to invite you to an upcoming virtual Journaling Workshop, led by Hadiya Harris. This 90-min experience creates a judgment-free space to process your thoughts, reconnect with your inner voice, and practice radical honesty with yourself. Whether journaling feels familiar or brand new, this workshop meets you exactly where you are.

Through seven guided prompts across three meaningful categories - Find Yourself Again, Understand Hidden Patterns, and Self Love - you'll move through reflection at your own pace, with room to share, be seen, and be heard.
