Psychotherapist
Bryan (he/him) enjoys working with gay men, LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and polycules who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others. Many of his clients find themselves questioning long-standing patterns in relationships, navigating life transitions, exploring sexuality and identity, or longing to feel more present, fulfilled, and at ease in their lives. Bryan believes that pleasure is a fundamental part of being human, and he helps clients create space for joy, authenticity, and meaningful connection in a world that often encourages self-judgment, disconnection, or shame.
Bryan approaches therapy as a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, self-discovery, and compassion. He views his role not as someone with the answers, but as a collaborative partner who helps clients uncover patterns, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with their own wisdom. Before becoming a therapist, Bryan worked in corporate environments and understands the unique pressures that can come with ambitious careers, workplace relationships, burnout, and questions about purpose, fulfillment, and work-life balance. Together, he and his clients explore the experiences, relationships, and messages that have shaped how they move through the world today.
Drawing from psychodynamic and mindfulness-based perspectives, Bryan helps clients develop a deeper awareness of their emotional lives, recognize patterns that no longer serve them, and cultivate greater trust in themselves. As a sex-positive and kink-affirming therapist, he creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where all aspects of a person’s identity, relationships, and desires can be explored openly. Through this work, clients often develop a stronger sense of self, more fulfilling relationships; and a greater capacity to experience pleasure, connection, and possibility.
Bryan self-identifies as a married, multi-racial, queer, cisgender man.
