Kimia Moghadam, LMHC

Clinical Director | Senior Psychotherapist | Clinical Supervisor

Kimia (she/her/hers) enjoys working with young adults, adults, and couples who are looking to focus on self-esteem, relationships, intimacy, sexuality, anxiety, depression, and women’s issues. Her approach is partially informed by her experience at the United Nations Human Rights Council and the International Campaign for Human Rights.

About Kimia

Using a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, relational, and Gestalt techniques, Kimia emphasizes the here and now and seeks to build a strong interpersonal relationship with clients. She firmly believes that therapy should be a collaboration, not a dynamic where the therapist pursues a goal on behalf of their client. By working together with her clients’ individual needs, Kimia hopes to help individuals feel a greater sense of self-acceptance, self-confidence, and healing.

Kimia self-identifies as a cisgender, heterosexual, Middle Eastern woman.
