Have you experienced loss? Perhaps you were broken up with, lost a family member or friend to illness, or moved away from a familiar place. All of these things can create feelings of grief, which is a normal response to losing anything we care about. Grief is a complex experience that many people have trouble understanding. When we’re in a grieving process, it’s usually difficult to adjust to a life without the person, experience, or thing we have lost — and finding happiness again can be a real challenge. Additionally, misconceptions and societal expectations about the grieving process can lead to feelings of shame, making it hard to reach out for help.

If you are experiencing grief or loss of any kind, know that your feelings are valid and it is possible to move forward. In this webinar, you’ll learn about the things you can do to process grief, make sense of your emotions, and cope with the losses you’ve sustained.
