Alyssa uses an integrative counseling approach, with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, and insight-oriented techniques. Aiming to help clients live the life they want, Alyssa meets clients where they are at to help them achieve their goals.
