Sophia (she/her) is the Practice Manager of myTherapyNYC. She has a passion for helping and serving others, as well as the community she lives and works in. Through her experience in Operations Management, she strives to create a welcoming and safe environment for clients throughout their therapy journey.

About Sophia

Before joining myTherapyNYC, Sophia worked in hospitality, earning her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. She previously served as an Operations Manager for Marriott International, where she managed associates and ensured an exceptional guest experience. Sophia is dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive, and welcoming environment for all who enter the myTherapyNYC office.
