This group will work to provide the tools necessary to emotionally regulate and work towards self acceptance of how best to live within the chaotic political situation we find ourselves in each and every day. This support will not come from a certain partisan standpoint. Instead, it will help members leave the group with a better understanding of how their emotions affect them when stress levels rise.
A support group provides a safe space for members to discuss and explore difficult emotions or feelings that arise. It also provides practical tools that members can take away with them to use to help cope with future difficult situations.
