Her career spans tech, e-commerce, nonprofit, and the arts, equipping her with a versatile skillset and a deep understanding of what makes teams and businesses thrive.
Known for her results-driven ethos, Britt crafts bespoke operational strategies that streamline workflows, enhance communication, and foster inclusive environments. She is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging (DEIAB), consistently building workplaces where individuals feel empowered to contribute their unique talents.
Beyond her role at myTherapyNYC, Britt is a strong advocate for mental wellness and accessible healthcare, believing in a holistic approach to well-being. In her free time, she explores New York City’s vibrant arts and culture scene, travels the world, and champions causes that reflect her grassroots commitment to driving radical change. A former dancer and gender-bending performance artist, Britt infuses creativity and passion into every aspect of her life and work.
