Daniel Dobrin, MHA

Practice Manager

Daniel Dobrin (he/him/his) joins myTherapyNYC as Practice Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in clinical operations, program management, and data analytics. With a holistic and passionate approach to practice operations, he ensures that everything runs seamlessly—allowing therapists to focus on what they do best: helping clients thrive.

About Daniel

Growing up as the child of a physician, healthcare has always been an integral part of Daniel’s life. While initially drawn to the life sciences, he found his true passion in the business side of healthcare—where he could create meaningful change behind the scenes.

Daniel’s diverse experience spans from developing complex financial dashboards to serving as an internal practice operations consultant for more than 20 medical practices. Most recently, he led a large-scale Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) program at an academic medical center, further deepening his understanding of the diverse communities that shape the healthcare industry—including patients, clinicians, and staff. These experiences have equipped him with the insight and tools to support both clients and therapists at myTherapyNYC.

Beyond his work in operations, Daniel is passionate about movement and mindfulness. Whether leading a yoga class, coaching a high-energy HIIT workout, or embracing life with his signature go-with-the-flow attitude, he brings an infectious enthusiasm to all he does. His commitment to well-being, both personally and professionally, makes him a dynamic force within our team.

Daniel self-identifies as a cisgender, gay, white man.
